PURPOSE: To make possible to perform carrying-in and carrying out of buggages, leaving a pallet to be set on a buggage receiver by installing an opening, through which a conveyer passes, on said pallet set on said buggage receiver, and providing said conveyer with an elevation device, which goes up and down through said opening, below said buggage receiver.

CONSTITUTION: A buggage receiver 1 is build up in such a way that stays 6 are set up on every corner of a rectangular frame 5, screws 7 for adjusting the level are projected downward on it, and each receiving plate 13 for said pallet is fixed on every top of said stays. An elevation supporting unit 15 is placed in said buggage receiver 1 and said unit 15 can be forced to go up and down via X-shaped links 16, 17 by the action of a cylinder 22 on said elevation device 23. A conveyer 4, moreover, comprising a number of conveyer rollers 24 is installed over said elevation supporting unit 15. On the occasion of cargo-working, after said pallet 2 is set on said receiving plates 13, said cylinder 22 is operated, a buggage 34 is held by driving upward said conveyer 4 through said opening 3 of said pallet 2, and said buggage 34 is delivered to the side of an outer conveyer 33 keeping above condition.
