Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a molding integrated with polyurethane foam and manufacture thereof, in which the polyurethane foam and fabric lying on the surface are made integral with each other where no urethane-mixed liquid runs on there.
CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane foam integrated molding and manufacture thereof are featured such that a composite sheet consisting of fabric and an elastmer film, and further provided with a resin adhesive layer, on the surface of the elastmer film, having an adhesiveness to the polyurethane foam and elastmer film, is placed within an RIM mold in the form of facing the aforesaid adhesive layer inward, and then urethane raw liquid is injected to allow its foaming therein.
