PURPOSE: To utilize the titled device as a multi-purpose and multi-function display device by providing freely attachably and detachably an RGB circuit pack to a display main body using a cathode-ray tube.

CONSTITUTION: Device accommodating pockets 13, 14 are provided to a front face of the display main body 10 provided with the cathode-ray tube 11. A TV tuner pack 20 and the RGB circuit pack 30 are mounted freely attachably and detachably in the pockets 13 and 14 respectively. Further, the TV tuner 20 and the RGB circuit pack 30 are provided respectively with a required electronic circuit and when they are mounted to the accommodating pockets 13, 14 respectively, the circuit is connected to an electronic circuit of the main body 10 through an electronic contact group. The display device is utilized as a multi- purpose and multi-function display device by such formation.
