Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an enzyme suicidal substrate composed of a thiocarbamic acid derivative having amide bond and thioester bond, and capable of suicidally inactivating various enzymes by various actions.
CONSTITUTION: The objective substrate is composed of the compound of formula (R1 and R2 are H, lower alkyl or phenyl; X is O or S; Y is carboxyl or H), its hydrate, or its salt such as hydrochloride, nitrate, potassium salt, etc.
