PURPOSE: To provide the hair drier which can catch efficiently refuse, dust, hair, etc., without lowering the ventilation quantity (air quantity).

CONSTITUTION: Between a suction port 1 of a hair drier main body 14 and a fan 2 of a ventilation part 11, a filter part 3 is provided, and an opening area of this filter part 3 is made larger than an opening area of the suction port 1, and also, this filter part 3 is rotated by interlocking with a rotation of the fan 2. Also, the filter part 3 is constituted by providing projectingly plural rib bodies 4, and moreover, the filter part 3 is freely attachable and detachable to and from the fan 2, and by the filter part 3 which is provided between the suction port 1 and the fan 2 of the ventilation part 11 and rotated by interlocking with a rotation of the fan 2, refuse, dust and hair, etc., can be caught efficiently.
