PURPOSE: To make the positioning and shifting of a built-in jig performable in an easy manner, by letting a positioning pin operate in both vertical and conveying directions by means of a lifting lever and a sliding lever via a lift shaft and a slider.

CONSTITUTION: A fixed bracket 14 is locked onto a base 1 and provided with a pair of nearings 15 and 16 in opposite form, while a slide shaft 17 is supportably spanned between these bearings 15 and 16, and a slider 18 is so designed to be free of slide motion in an aixal direction. A support plate 7 with a paired positioning pin 8 is locked to a lift shaft 6, and a lift pin 19 of the support plate 7 is secured tight to one end of a lifting lever 21. The slider 18 is coupled with an L-shaped sliding lever 24 via a link 27 and slides for reciprocation on the slide shaft 17 in a conveying direction by rocking motion in the lever 24. A built-in jig 3 is conveyed by a conveyor 2 and makes the vertical shaft 6 descend, inserting a pair of pins 8 into pin holes 9, thus positioning takes place.
