Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify a circuit configuration and to execute handling at a high speed, in the data speed converting circuit an asynchronous system.
CONSTITUTION: This circuit is provided with a selector part 1 for selecting input data and data obtained by delaying its data. When a latch signal D to a data latch part 5 for latching the input data and a load signal E are superposed, the selector part 1 selects the delayed data. Data fetched from the data latch part 5 is synchronized with a read clock F and outputted.
