Abstract:
Mounting device for adjusting an electrode contour in emission treatment apparatuses with corona effect of plastic sheets or similar sheets. The elongate electrode is obtained from a series of movable segments (3), which, according to the desired profile of the electrode, are individually supplied to a work position or left resting on a plate (10). Said displacement is mechanically executed by a transport device (13) which moves longitudinally on a control shaft (15) and which may be driven by a chain drive (24) along the series of segments. The transport device (13) comprises a retainer part (17) non pivotable in the casing (14) with respect to the distribution shaft (15), but susceptible of moving longitudinally. The transport device (13) additionally comprises a pivotable drive part transported by the distribution shaft (15) and configured as a gear (16) which meshes a toothed sector (4) formed on the upper part of the segments. The retainer part (17) comprises two clamping pins (20 and 21). In order to adjust the desired electrode contour, the transport device (13) is arranged behind the corresponding segment (13), and said segment (3) is folded back to its rest position by a turn of the gear (16). Both clamping pins (20 and 21) retain meanwhile the adjacent segments (3).
