PURPOSE: To correct the hole bending at the time of primary molding by a method wherein a wire is passed through the center hole of the primary molded object of a ceramics ferule and heated to the softening temp. region of the molded object in such a state that tension is applied to the wire.
CONSTITUTION: An injection molding material consisting of a ceramics powder and an org. binder component is injected into a mold having an extremely fine wire provided thereto as a core to form the primary molded object of a ceramics ferule. A wire 3 having a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the center hole 2 formed by the core of the molded object 1 is passed through the center hole 2 and one end of the wire 3 is connected to a stand 4 and a weight 5 is provided to the other end of the wire 3 to apply tension to the wire 3. The whole is introduced into a heating furnace and the wire 3 is heated to the molding or softening temp. of the molded object 1. By this constitution, the bending of the center hole 2 at the time of the molding of the molded object 1 can be corrected. Then, the removal of a binder, baking and hole lapping processing are performed and the wire 3 is pulled out to obtain a ceramic ferule.
