PURPOSE: To control titled time division multiple transmission at an object phase control level by connecting plural console units having individual addresses respectively to an operation part in parallel, sending an address signal and a control signal to each console unit from the operation part with time-divided cycle and counting up and down one by one at every sending of a control signal.

CONSTITUTION: An address signal sent from the operation part 1 is received by a receiving part 5, and when an address detecting part 6 detects the coincidence with the address set up in a self-console unit 3, a coincidence signal (a) is outputted to a control part 7. The control part 7 receives a control signal sent after the address signal and sends selecting signals d∼g to up/down counters 8a∼8d. The values of the up/down counters 8a∼8d reach the phase control level and inputted to phase control parts 10a∼10d together with a power source synchronizing signal from a power source synchronizing circuit 9 and a phase control signal is outputted to a control element 11 to control the phase of a load 4. Therefore, the counters are made up and down one by one in every sending of a signal from the operation part to the console unit 3 and the object phase control level is kept.
