Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plastic material crushing and mixing equipment that is easy to operate and maintain. SOLUTION: A tank 10 into which a virgin plastic material is introduced and a crusher 20 for crushing a waste plastic material are provided. A mixer 30 is disposed below the crusher 20 and a supply chamber 40 is disposed below the tank 10. A virgin material in the tank 10 is made to be supplied into a tubular body 42 of the supply chamber via a first guide path 70 and a waste material crushed by the crusher 20 is made to be supplied into a mixing tank 32 of the mixer via a second guide path 80. In addition, a rotating shaft 46 of a screw conveyor 44 supported in the tubular body 42 of the supply chamber and a rotating shaft 36 of a mixing rod 34 supported in the mixing tank 32 are connected in series. A driving means 50 is provided for simultaneously rotating the connected rotating shafts 40, 36.
