Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attach a shell and a cam to a lower die to position the punch to the shell accurately, by supporting the shell by the lower die and providing the cam, to which the punch is attached, on the lower die through a supporting shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a punch 40 falls halfway, a pressure die 30 is pressed to a shell 1, and the die 30 presses downward a die 3 against a spring 25 until the die 3 sits on a supporting table 5. Further, the pressure die 30 presses the shell 1 to the die 3 by the compression force of a spring 41 to perform the emboss working. That is, a cam driver 60 falls together with a punch 40 to press a member 57, and a cam 55 turns around a supporting shaft 62 from the position indicated by a two-dot broken line 55' to the position indicated by the solid line to move a punch 52 in a direction F of punching, and a punch projecting part 53 bites into a part 51 of the shell 1 on the lower die 3, thus forming a recess.
