PURPOSE: The titled composition, prepared by incorporating a specific polycaprolactone with an acrylic urethane resin composition consisting of a hydroxyl group-containing acrylic resin, etc. in a specific proportion, having improved flexibility, water and weather resistance at a low temperature for a long term, and usable for coating plastic bumpers.
CONSTITUTION: A composition prepared by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt., based on the resin solid content, acrylic urethane resin composition, obtained by mixing (i) hydroxyl group-containing acrylic resin with (ii) polyisocyanate, with (B) 10W100pts.wt. polycaprolactone having a molecular weight of 300W4,000 and a hydroxyl number of 26W550, and if necessary (C) a pigment, and (D) an alkyd resin in a desired amount.
