Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve conflicting themes, that is, sealability and slidability of a rotary engine using a vane-type rotary mechanism. SOLUTION: This displacement type piston mechanism of a rotary piston structure is made, such that in a bearing housing 34, a small rotor 32 is mounted eccentrically on a main shaft 31 in a large rotor 33, made of a ring-shaped cylinder that is surroundingly supported by the bearing. A pair of slide grooves 38 are engraved in a mutually prescribed direction and with a predetermined inclination at equivalently distanced points in a portion facing the large rotor 33 and the small rotor 32. A bent vane 39, having a predetermined bending angle, is fittingly engaged in the slide grooves 38 so as to be extended like a bridge therebetween. Furthermore, this piston mechanism has, at prescribed portions of a side housing 35, inlet and outlet ports 43a, 43b, 44a, 44b. The inlet and outlet ports 43a, 43b, 44a, 44b are opened/closed by the bent vane 39, such that the engine goes through a series of processes, that is intake, compression, combustion, and exhaust, while a division chamber of a division turns 720 deg..
