CONSTITUTION: Two or more directional microphones 2 are arranged correspondingly to the number of speakers, and the output signal outputted from each microphone 2 by the voice of the speaker who speaks the name of the other party of speech is inputted to a level comparing part 3, and the output of the microphone whose output level is judged to be maximum is inputted to a voice recognition part 20, and the output of the microphone whose output level is judged to be minimum is inputted to this part 20 also, and the recognition result of the name of the other party of speech in the voice recognition part 20 is outputted to a speaker 10 from a guidance voice output part 8, and a dial signal is outputted from a signal transmission/reception part 23 to form a speech path, and the output of the microphone 2 whose voice output level is judged to be maximum is supplied to a transmission terminal T of a telephone set speaking circuit part 21, and a reception terminal R of this part 21 and the speaker are connected.
