Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simply and readily form an accurate gas coolant passage by forming a heat exchanger in double cylinders, forming threads on the opposed surfaces of the both cylinders, contacting, and forming a spiral gas coolant flow passage at the opposite side of the contact. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 1 is formed in double cylinders 10, 13. The threads 11, 14 are formed on the opposed surfaces of the cylinders 10, 13, which are contacted, and a spiral gas coolant flow passage 22 is formed at the opposite side of the contact. The end 16 of the inner cylinder 13 is formed in a tapered shape, a tapered hole 17 which is concentric with the taper is formed at the cylinder 10, and the cylinders 10, 13 are engaged. The base 19 of the cylinder 13 is engaged substantially concentrically with the cylinder 10. Both ends of the cylinder 13 are welded and integrated to the cylinder 10.
