Abstract:
Dental single-tooth implant having means for preventing torsion and intended for an anchored prosthesis, its securing arrangements comprising a securing head and a metal implant post which can be connected to a main element indirectly via a screw connection, with a metal spacer sleeve which is provided with a centring collar, can be screwed into the open end of the main body and can be applied via a shoulder on the upper edge of the main body, into which spacer sleeve the implant post can be screwed. The spacer sleeve has a spacer sleeve lower part which can be screwed into the main body with an external insertion thread and a spacer sleeve upper part which is provided with the shoulder for bearing on the distal edge of the main body and which can be connected secure against torsion the main body, according to Patent ... (Patent Application P 39 17 to 690.8-35), the main body (10) having at its distal end an annular recess (18) for receiving the proximal centring collar (24) of the spacer sleeve upper part (14), which recess is provided with at least one main body positive-locking element (22). The centring collar (24) has at least one spacer sleeve positive-locking element (26) complementing the main body/positive-locking element(s) (22). The inner bore of the spacer sleeve upper part (14) has in its distal area a longitudinal section of greater width than in the proximal area in which its diameter corresponds essentially to that of the inner bore of the main body (10), a bearing shoulder (28) being formed in the transition between the two areas of different width. The spacer sleeve lower part (12) has in its distal area a head section (34) whose external diameter corresponds to the internal diameter of the distal area of greater internal diameter of the spacer sleeve upper part (14) and which, forming an annular shoulder (36) complementing the bearing shoulder (28) of the spacer sleeve upper part (14), merges into a proximal area whose external diameter corresponds essentially to the diameter of the inner bore of the main body (10) and which carries the insertion thread (30).
