PURPOSE: To make it possible to perform stable adsorption and fixing under the state an adsorbing surface is large, by providing the main body of a base, in which a pair of magnetic metals are coupled so as to hold a non-magnetic body, and providing a magnet, which is attached to the central part of the main body of the base so that the rotation of the magnet can be changed.

CONSTITUTION: The main body of a magnetic base is constituted by a conventional method. A pair of magnetic metals 18 are coupled so as to hold a non- magnetic body 16. A plate shaped magnet 20 is rotatably attached to the central part of the main body. A recess part is formed at the lower surface part of the main body 10 of the base. The lower edge of each magnetic body 18 is protruded so as to form a leg part 24. With respect to the main body 10 of the magnet base, a soft, bag- shaped container 28, which is filled with a magnetic fluid 26 and can transmit magnetism, is attached in said recess part of this magnet base. In this constitution, the stable adsorption and fixing can be performed under the state an adsorbing surface is large.
