CONSTITUTION: The aimed apparatus can be obtained by the following constitution; the fixed stand for fixedly putting on the instrument cabinet 1 is divided into two parts up and down and at the same time, the spring 7 to make the upper fixed stand 2a inclined is made to lie between the upper fixed stand 2a and the lower fixed stand 2b. Therefore, the film 5 adhering aluminum vaporization foil on the like on its surface can be successively contacted under pressure from one end side of instrument cabinet 1 fixedly put on the upper fixed stand 2a to another end side thereof by the descent of pressing member 4 having the hot stamping rubber of flat plate state 6 on its bottom surface.
