Title:
VANE COMPRESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS603494
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To aim at reducing fluctuations in torque and pulsations in discharge, by providing such an arrangement that the contact positions between a rotor outer peripheral surface and a cylinder inner peripheral surface and as well discharge ports are set at unequal angular intervals with respect to the center of a rotor, and therefore, discharging timings of the discharge ports are shifted from each other.

CONSTITUTION: The contact positions A, B between a rotor outer peripheral surface 42 and a cylinder inner surface are set at unequal angular intervals. Therefore, although vanes 40 are arranged at equal angular intervals, discharge timings at discharge ports 50, 54 are shifted from each other. That is, at the discharge ports 54, the discharge is carried out with a delay from that at the discharge port 50. Suction timings at suction ports 52, 58 are also shifted from each other. As a result, complication in the structure, an increase in power loss and a decrease in volmetric efficiency are avoided as possible as it can, and as well, fluctuations in torque necessary for rotating a rotor 36 and pulsations in discharge may be reduced.
