Abstract:

PURPOSE: To set the number of pace by the rhythm of a body by using the pulsimeter of an electronic timepiece as the pace number input means of a pacemaker in common.

CONSTITUTION: The pace setting circuit 10 of the pacemaker 14 responds to a read signal from a control circuit 9 and pulse frequency from the arithmetic circuit 8 of the pulsimeter is read as the number of paces in the circuit 10. Then, the number of paces is displayed on a display device 5 through a pace signal generating circuit 11 and the paces are annunciated through a sounding body 13. This pulsimeter is used as the pase number input means of the pacemaker to set the number of paces by the rhythm operation of the body.
