PURPOSE: To inhibit spread unless all pawls are inserted into a disk case by allowing a spread inhibiting means to release the 1st spreading means and the 2nd spreading means from being inhibited from spreading when the disk case is inserted normally into the device.
CONSTITUTION: When the disk case 23 is inserted into the reproducing device, the front end of the disk case 23 presses the case contact part 30b of a rotating lever 30, which then rotates around a lever pin 31 as shown by arrow in a figure to release the spread from being inhibited by a lever fixing piece 33 and a hook part 30a. Similarly, the disk case 23 presses the case contact part 34b of the rotating lever 34, so the rotating lever 34 rotates around a lever pin 35 to release the spread from being inhibited by a lever fixing piece 37 and a hook part 34a. Said releasing operations for spread inhibition are carried out simultaneously in normal case insertion. Those rotating levers 30 and 34 inhibit plates 1 and 5 from spreading unless the pawls 4 and 8 are inserted into the disk case 23.
