PURPOSE: To improve the operativity and to reduce the number of volumes to the half to narrow the installation place, by providing a common picture control adjuster for respective processing circuits where television signals of the NTSC system and the RGB system are processed.
CONSTITUTION: Signals R, G, and B or the RGB system (digital) are applied to transistors TRs Tr1∼Tr2 of a circuit M2 in the negative polarity and have the amplitude adjusted by a contrast volume VR1. They are inputted to an impedance converting circuit of TRs Tr4∼Tr6 through DC cut capacitors C1∼C3; and at this time, the clamp voltage is adjusted by a brightness volume VR2, and the output signal is supplied to a CRT. In a circuit M1, the signal of the NTSC system is processed in a chroma processing IC circuit IC, and a contrast controlling part Q1 and a brightness controlling part Q2 are controlled by outputs of volumes VR1 and VR2, and the output signal is supplied to the CRT through a signal switch S.
