Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a multi-layer insulated electric wire formed with insulating layers by extrusion coating and excellent in soldering property, inter-layer peeling property, heat resistance, and electric insulating property. CONSTITUTION:A multi-layer insulated electric wire is made of a conductor and at least three insulating layers covering the surface of the conductor. The multi-layer insulated electric wire has three extrusion-coated insulating layers of a resin admixture combined with an ethylene copolymer of 5-40 pts.wt. having carboxylic acid or carboxylic acid salt as the side chain against thermoplastic straight chain polyester resin of 100 pts.wt.
