PURPOSE: To improve the temperature characteristics of a magnetic bubble memory device, by controlling the current which flows into a driving magnetic field generating coil in response to the temperature change of a resistance set near a bubble chip.

CONSTITUTION: Resistance films 3 and 4 are provided near a bubble chip 1 on a substrate 2. These resistance films vary their resistance values in response to the temperature change. Then the current flowing into magnetic bubble driving magnetic field generating coils X and Y via the films 3 and 4 is controlled. This assures the stable working over a wide range of temperatures and therefore improves the temperature charateristics of a magnetic bubble memory device.
