CONSTITUTION: An input terminal to which a color television signal is inputted, is connected to an input terminal of a pulse forming circuit which outputs pulses of a prescribed level with a differentiation signal with a specified amplitude or more via a differentiation circuit 2, and also connected to the input terminal of a blanking circuit 4. The output terminal of the circuit 3 is connected to a control terminal of the blanking circuit 4 to control the output of a signal inputted to the input terminal of the blanking circuit 4 with a blanking pulse applied to the control terminal.
