PURPOSE: The titled composition, containing a graft copolymer consisting of a fluorine-containing resin, a hydroxyl-group containing monoethylenically unsaturated monomer, etc. in a specific proportion, and a polyisocyanate, and having improved pigment dispersibility, capable of giving cured articles having improved weather reistance, and curable at ordinary or low temperatures.
CONSTITUTION: A urethane resin composition prepared by incorporating (A) a graft copolymer obtained by incorporating (i) 0.5W50wt% fluorine-containing resin, having 0.001W0.055mol, basd on 100g resin, reactive carbon-carbon double bonds and alkoxyl or cyclohexyloxy groups and preferably 1,000W200,000 molecular weight with (ii) 0W50wt% hydroxyl group-containing monoethylenically unsaturated monomer, e.g. 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, and (iii) 99.5W0wt% another copolymerizable unsaturated monomer, e.g. methyl acrylate to give 100wt% total amount, and polymerizing the resultant mixture, and having 20W150 hydroxyl number with (B) a polyisocyanate at 0.6:(1W1.2) equivalent ratio between the hydroxyl groups and isocyanate groups.
