Abstract:
PURPOSE:To transfer a lead frame and a carrier continuously at different transferring amount and high accuracy, by a method wherein revolution speed and direction of a pulse motor and rotating work of a pawl holder in connection with the pulse motor are controlled. CONSTITUTION:Transferring condition of transferring amount A...D is previously stored in a control circuit, a feed pawl holder 12 is moved downwards to a movable body 10 by a lever 13 and a pawl 12a is fitted to a hole by means of force of a spring 14. A shaft 1a of a pulse motor 1 is rotated by command of the control circuit and a body 3 is separated from the motor 1 and transferred. After transferred by amount A the body 3 is stopped, and the pawl holder 12 is separated from the movable body 10. When the motor 1 is rotated in the reverse direction and the body 3 is returned to the original position, plates 5a, 5b are inserted to grooves 6a1, 6a2 and a detector 7 indicates the reset condition and the control circuit reduces the speed of the motor 1 in response to the indication. The plate 8b is inserted to a groove 8c and the revolution speed is counted 8 and signal is supplied to the control circuit and the motor 1 is stopped completely. Repetition of the process permits the movable body 10 to move continuously at different transferring amount A...D and high accuracy to a prescribed position.
