Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent mis-setting and to protect the processing know-how from the third party by storing a secret number in a memory and executing an instruction to the processing control information on the condition of an external input coincident with the secret number. CONSTITUTION:When an electrode EP contacts a work, a short-circuit signal SS reaches an input/output port 102f and the contact is informed to a processor 102a. The processor 102a stores the present position to a present position data memory 102c of a present position counter 102h, reads out a parameter of retrogressing control of the data memory 102c, forms a retrogressing command, and outputs a retrogressing command to a pulse distributor 103 so as to retrogress the electrode EP. Then, a backward pulse BS is generated from the pulse distributor 103, the content of an error register 107b goes to zero after a prescribed time, the electrode EP is retrogressed with the backward pulse and the contact with the work is released.
