PURPOSE: To construct earth anchors at low cost by a method in which blade pieces constituting quadrilateral link are attached to the tip of an anchor body and opened by rotational operation of a pulling tool, and the blades portion is covered with cement milk, etc.

CONSTITUTION: When an earth anchor 1 is inserted into a lower hole 22 provided in a retaining wall 21 and a pulling tool 7 is turned, supporting tools 9a and 9b are moved toward mutually approaching direction, pins 4 and 5 are projected outwards, and the blades 3a and 3b are opened. A grout 23, e.g., cement milk, is injected into the lower hole 22 to cover the blades 3a and 3b with the grout 23 to form an anchor body 24.
