PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of correspondence, by operating a transmission/ receiving changeover button to the operating position for controlling the transmission/ receiving changeover switch so as to release the locking of a standby button to obtain the receiving state, and for preventing the head of the content of transmission from miss hearing.

CONSTITUTION: The standby button 4 and the transmission/receiving changeover button 25 provided at the upper part of the main body of a transceiver is engaged pivotally freely rotatably around a common fulcrum shaft 31, and both the buttons 24, 25 are restored and energized to the non-operating position with restoring springs 32, 33 respectively. Further, the button 24 is provided incorporatedly with a lever 35 for pressing operating of the standby switch 34 and the button 25 is provided incorporatedly with a lever 37 operating in pressing the transmission/receiving changeover switch 36. Further, a locking plate 40 having a locking pawl 39 engaged to a pawl 38 to be locked and locking it when the button 24 is operated to the operating position is engaged pivotally freely rotatably around a fulcrum shaft 41 and energized to the locking position with a restoring spring 42. Further, an operating member 45 of the switch 36 is controlled with a mechanical controller 46 controlled with the mechanical interlocking between the buttons 24 and 25, and the receiving state is attained by the operation to the operating position.
