Title:
PERMANENT MAGNET ROTOR TYPE SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6022456
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a motor from generating a vibrating noise and improper engaging by forming a mounting bracket having a small hole at a pair of collars of bobbins mounted on one magnetic piece and on which armature windings are wound in a stator. CONSTITUTION:A sator 1 is formed approximately in ?-shape, and a permanent magnet rotor 4 formed with poles at the open end sides of parallel magnetic path pieces is contained in the stator 1. A bobbin 8, on which an armature winding 9 is wound is mounted on one piece in the stator 1. Mounting brackets 22a, 22b having small holes 21a, 21b are disposed at both end sides of a pair of collars 20a, 20b formed at the bobbin 8. The brackets 22a, 22b are clamped at mounting bosses formed at a body and a back plate and a motor is mounted. Thus, defects such as a vibrating noise due to fluctuation and improper engagement can be eliminated.
