PURPOSE: To provide both functions of a pipe-making press and bending to a titled device by providing a means for installing a punch for the pipe-making press and a top roll for bending with interchageability on the movable frame of the titled device.
CONSTITUTION: A punch installing means 15 and a top roll installing means 26 are provided on a movable frame 4 of a press machine body, and a die 9 for a pipe-making end bending press and a bottom roller 10 for bending are installed onto a lower fixed frame 7. When bending the end of a steel plate, a punch 5 is installed to the frame 4, and the die 9 is set to a press position. The bottom roller 10 is opened to the position where it does not interfere with the die 9. At the time of bending, the punch 5 is replaced and the top roll 6 is installed, the die 9 is carried out to the outside of the machine, and the bottom roll 10 is set to the prescribed position. The replacement of the punch 5 and the top roll 6 is executed by moving a base 23 on which moving trucks 22aW22c are placed and a traverser 20 at the side of a body 1.
