PURPOSE: To provide the titled head easy of miniaturization and multiplication and excellent in the workability and massproducibility by giving a curve protruded on the side of an ink chamber to a pressurizing element using a piezoelectric high molecule.
CONSTITUTION: An ink chamber pressurizing element 2 so formed to have a curve protruded on the side of an ink chamber 1 is so constructed on the composite of a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and a lead zirconate titanium (PZT) and a high molecular composite piezoelectric body of PVDF/PZT or the like so that the expansion direction of the piezoelectric body is the same as the array direction of multinozzles. Thus, a flexible high molecular composite piezoelectric body with a large piezoelectric factor easier of a thinner film and a larger area can be obtained to assure a high displacement efficiency necessary for ink injection.
