Title:
ENGINE IDLING SPEED CONTROLLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6081443
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve responsiveness and stability in idling speed control, by installing a feedback control device, outputting a control signal, and a compensation value setting device, varying a control gain, both in a suction air quantity control valve.

CONSTITUTION: In time of idling, a control valve C, which controls a suction air quantity, and a feedback control device D, which sets a feedback control value and outputs a control signal to the control valve C, both are installed. A compensation value setting device E sets a compensation value on the basis of a difference between the engine speed detected by an engine speed detecting device A and the desired idling speed detected by a desired idling speed setting device B. When the desired speed is higher, a control gain is set to a larger value. Thus, in spite of fluctuations in the desired speed, excellent responsiveness and stability are all securable at all times.
