Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formulaI(R1 is H, lower alkyl, aryl; R2WR4 are H, protecting group).
EXAMPLE: 6-( 5( 3 )-Aminopyrazol-4-yl )-9-( 2, 3, 5-tri-O-benzoyl-β-D-ribofuranosyl ) purine.
USE: Peripheral vasodilator, antiallergic, antitumor agent.
PREPARATION: The reaction between 3-amino-2-(9-β-D-ribofuranosylpurin-6-yl)- acrylonitrile of formula II and a hydrazine of R1NHNH2 is carried out in a polar solvent such as dimethyl sulfoxide and, when necessary, deprotected.
