PURPOSE: To obtain the titled accessory having no inclusion of any foreign matter and no residual strain, by injecting a composition consisting of an epoxy resin and a curing agent into the cavity of a mold that has been preheated by high-frequency induction heating, and heating the mold by high-frequency induction heating to cure the composition.
CONSTITUTION: A composition of an epoxy resin (e.g. bisphenol resin, novolak type epoxy resin, etc.) and a curing agent (e.g. acid anhydrides, amine curing agents, etc.) is injected into a cavity of a mold (preferably of ferromagnetic metal such as iron, nickel, etc.) that has been preheated by high-frequency induction heating, and after the mold is heated by high-frequency induction heating to cure the composition, the cured item is removed from the mold, and is cured completely in a constant temperature bath so that the intended accessory is obtained.
USE: For obtaining a mini-clad long tube, and a stop joint for high voltage.
