Title:
CONTROLLER FOR MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59127591
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate a detecting element such as Hall element by detecting the position of a rotor by the counterelectromotive force produced in a stator winding, and controlling a stator winding current by the difference between the rotary position and the energized state to the stator winding. CONSTITUTION:The stator windings U, V, W of a 3-phase commutatorless motor 4 and a neutral point N are connected to a position detector 9, and the rotary position of a rotor 7 is detected from the counterelectromotive force produced by the rotation of the rotor 7. The difference between the state of the rotary position and the energizing state of the windings U, V, W are calculated by a controller 8 having a microcomputer, the energizing timing and the energizing time are set to control the inverter 3, thereby controlling the energization of the windings U, V, W. Accordingly, special detecting element is not required to detect the rotary position, a motor mechanism can be simplified, and efficient operation can be performed.
