PURPOSE: To prevent the muddling of water during construction work by a method in which a powdery granular soil stabilizer is pneumatically sent and injected into a soft ground, used air is released through a hood provided under water to the open air, and an air pressure corresponding to the water pressure is also applied into the hood.
CONSTITUTION: While turning a stirring blade 5, a powdery granular soil stabilizer is injected from a nozzle 6 and mixed with the soil. Then, the used air rising along the periphery of a rotary shaft 4 from the ground is released into the open air at the end of an exhaust pipe 11 through the aperture between an air recovery pipe 8 from a hood 9 into which an air pressure corresponding to water pressure is applied by utilizing a pressure regulation valve 12 and the rotary shaft 4, whereby preventing the muddling of water.
