PURPOSE: The titled film excellent in weather resistance and dustproofness, prepared by adding a specified siloxane/polyoxyalkylene/epoxy compound to a lowly toxic vinyl chloride composition containing an organozinc compound.
CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin is mixed with 0.3W30pts.wt. organic acid zinc salt (e.g., zinc stearate), 0.1W2.0pts.wt. organic acid alkaline earth metal salt (e.g., barium stearate) and/or an organotin compound (e.g., dibutyltin dilaurate), 0.1W10pts.wt. epoxy resin, 0.1W1.5pts.wt. lubricant (e.g., microcrystalline wax), and 0.1W3.0pts.wt. siloxane/polyoxyalkylene/epoxy compound of the formula (wherein R1W6 are each alkyl, X and Y are each alkylene, POA is polyoxyalkylene, and x, y, and z are each 1 or greater), and the mixture is molded into a film.
