PURPOSE: To miniaturize the circuit for the titled exchange and to attain complicated connections by selecting an input/output line depending on contents of an input/output index table designated by a counter.

CONSTITUTION: A data selector 9 is connected to plural input lines I1∼In so as to select an input line and a data separator 10 is connected to plural output lines O1∼On and selects and outputs a signal. The titled device is provided with input/ output tables 11, 12 comprising memories storing connections of plural input/ output lines and a counter 13 addressing the table 11. Then, an input line is selected by the selector 9 depending on the content of the table 11 designated by the counter 13 and outputted to the separator 10 and an output of the selector 9 is selected and outputted by the separator 10 to an output line depending on the content of the table 12 designated by the counter 13. As a result, the complicated connections are attained and the exchange is miniaturized because of the simplicity of the said circuit.
