PURPOSE: To improve the wind flow characteristic by making the vanes of cooling/warming air circulation fan for air-conditioner flexible thereby reducing the gap between fan casing and eliminating whistle noise.

CONSTITUTION: The vanes 1 of fan are formed with flexible film of plastic or metal where more than two sheets of vanes 1 are fixed in parallel in longitudinal direction to constitute an impeller 3 which is set such that the gap between the tongue section 7 of casing will be shorter than several mm. Consequently, counter-flow of air from the tongue section 7 is prevented to eliminate whistle noise thus to increase the pressure and wind flow. Contact of vane against the casing will never cause breakdown because of flexibility.
