PURPOSE: To provide the titled composition containing a polymeric compound having carbon-carbon double bond, a specific product containing a glycidyl compound, etc., and an organic acid manganese salt, etc. at specific ratios, capable of preventing the dissolution of the substrate metal to the coating bath, and having excellent low-temperature curability and corrosion resistance.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 100pts.(wt.) of a polymeric compound having a molecular weight of 500W10,000 and containing carbon-carbon double bond corresponding to the iodine value of 50W500 and 30W300m-mol of amino group per 100g of the compound with (B) 10W200pts. of a substance obtained by the reaction of (i) a diglycidyl compound of formula (R1WR3 are H or methyl; n is 0W20) with (ii) an α,β-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid and (iii) an α,β-unsaturated monocarboxylic acid and (C) 0.005W1.0pt. of an organic acid manganese salt or manganese dioxide, and if necessary, neutralizing the mixture with (D) 0.2W1.0mol (based on the amino group of the component A) of a water-soluble organic acid.
