PURPOSE: To transmit quickly and accurately the information on the area etc. in fault or accident, etc. to a disaster prevention center by providing an information memory means and an information transmission means to a subscriber circuit connected to a fault detector.
CONSTITUTION: A fault sensor SNS is stored to a switch SW of an automatic exchange via a subscriber circuit LC. The circuit LC contains a circuit A which receives the fault information from the sensor SNS, an exchange starting circuit B which actuates the switch SW with an indication of the circuit A, a circuit X which stores the address of a faulted area, i.e., the address information of the SNS, a circuit Y which stores the incoming address information of a disaster prevention center, a timing control circuit TC, and a sender which reads out the contents of circuits X and Y and sends them to the SW. Then the circuit LC performs controls for SW start timing and senter timing when a fault arises and transmits the information on the fault area, etc. to the disaster prevention center.
