PURPOSE: To convey a board by suction one by one by using a blower with a larger suction and exhaust than the air sucked through holes provided on the board.

CONSTITUTION: A number of through holes are bored on a print substrate 1 and many boards are piled. Suction portions 3 sucking a substrate 1 are connected to a blower, etc. through a duct 4, and they can be moved up and down or laterally by means of a cylinder unit, etc. so as to convey the substrate 1 one by one. The air Q2 sucked through the duct is made larger than the air Q1 fed through the holes provided on the substrate, thereby the substrate can be picked up for sure one by one by changing the ratio of the air Q2.
