Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent gas from leaking out and to ensure safety from a secondary accident by providing stop means for keeping a normal condition when fixing means for fixing a main body and a cock is released. CONSTITUTION:A projecting portion 14 of a cock 2 is provided with fixing means which can be fastened through a washer 3 by a nut 4 between the lower surface of the main body and the projecting portion and that can force a main body 1 and the cock 2 to keep airtightness of a seal surface 11 and can force the cock to freely turn. With the main body 1 and the cock 2 normally controlled and fixed by the fixing means, pin holes 51 are formed in one body in the washer 3 and the projecting portion 14. A pin 5 is driven into a pin hole, so that the projecting portion 14 of the cock 2 is coupled to the washer 3 to be united in a body, to which stop means is applied.
