PURPOSE: To carry out good printing generating no printing irregularity by mounting respective thermal heads on a fixing plate 6 by elastic means such as springs.
CONSTITUTION: Thermal heads 2 each formed by bonding a heating substrate 3 to a support plate 5 are respectively mounted on a fixing plate 6 on the sides having heaters 4 formed thereto by springs 7 and also mounted on said plate 6 on the opposite sides thereof by supporting both ends of the shaft 8 piercing all of the thermal heads by the bearings 9 provided to the fixing plate 6. When printing pressure is applied, the thermal heads 2 are vibrated up and down on the sides having the heaters 4 formed thereto by the springs 7 and, since the thermal heads 2 are mounted on the opposite sides thereof by the bearings 9 through the shaft 8, the parts supported by the bearings 9 through the shaft 8 of the thermal heads 2 become the center of rotation.
