PURPOSE: To improve the detecting accuracy of an electric power source monitoring circuit for a magnetic bubble memory device, by using a Zener diode for generating a reference voltage and a comparison voltage, and compensating a temperature varied portion of this diode.
CONSTITUTION: Reference voltage is generated by a resistance 1 and a Zener diode ZD 2, comparison voltage is generated by resistances 3, 4 and a ZD 8, both of them are inputted to a comparator CP 5, and an output of the CP 5 is connected to a service interruption processing circuit of a magnetic bubble memory device side. The ZD 2 and the ZD 8 have an equal temperature coefficient, both of them have the lower part and the high part have negative and positive temperature coefficients, respectively, by using the vicinity of Zener voltage as a boundary. According to such a constitution, when a temperature is varied, the ZD 8 is capable of compensating a varied portion of the ZD 2, therefore, detecting accuracy is improved.
