Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing steps of a stator for a motor by forming a stator by caulking a core material for the stator by a crank pin and then injection molding the stator. CONSTITUTION:A slot unit 1, into which a coil is inserted, and a core material 4 for a metallic state which is punched with a through port 3 formed at the position becoming unnecessary for insulation after forming the stator are caulked by a plurality of clamp pins 2 to form a stator 5. After the stator 5 is set to a stationary mold, insulating resin is charged in a clearance between the stator 5 and the mold, and injection molded.
