Title:
PHOTOSENSITIVE AND HEAT SENSITIVE RECORDING MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5926732
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled recording material having superior resistance to water, oil and chemicals and superior film strength by forming a photosensitive and heat sensitive layer contg. fluororesin particles, thermoplastic resin particles, a photothermic conversion substance, and a photo-crosslinkable photosensitive substance on a support.

CONSTITUTION: A coating liq. is prepared by dissoving or dispersing fluororesin particles (A) of fluoroalkyl (meth) acrylate having 50W150°C film forming temp. or m.p., particles (B) of a thermoplastic resin having 50W150°C film forming temp. or m.p. such as polystyrene, a photothermic conversion substance (C) which absorbs light and converts it into heat such as carbon black, and a photo- crosslinkable photosensitive substance (D) such as p-phenylene diazide in water or an org. solvent. A resin binder may be further dissoved. The coating liq. is applied to a support and dried at 30W50°C to form a photosensitive and heat sensitive layer of 1W50μm thickness. Thus, a photosensitive and heat sensitive recording material having high sensitivity and forming an image with high resolving power is obtd.
